Thanks to a grant received from the Metropolitan Council, the City if planning the installation of approximately 13 rain water gardens in the Somerset neighborhood. The following information was distributed at a recent neighborhood meeting:

* Daylily Garden
* Easy Shrub Garden
* Shady Garden
* Prairie Garden

A Quick Reference Guide to Earth Friendly Home Landscaping is available free of charge at City Hall please contact the engineering department.
