Cliff Timm Memorial Fishing Derby at Roger's Lake

Wednesday, July 14th

Bring your fishin' pole and come on down to the Roger's Lake Fishing Pier to try to catch the "BIG ONE"!  Prizes will be awarded in different categories! Goodie bags will be provided thanks to Cliff Timm’s Trust, Ace Hardware of IGH, Ira Kipp and Gander Mountain.  Worms and our official weights and measurements will be also be provided by Ace Hardware of IGH and community volunteers.

When:     Wednesday, July 14.
Ages:      Youth 14 & under (Parent/guardian must accompany participants)
Fee:        $8.00 per child/$13.00 for a non-resident fee
**All registration fees for this program are non-refundable.

All participants must pre-register at Mendota Heights City Hall or online.

Fishing begins at 6:00 p.m. and entertainment starts at 7:00 p.m. prizes/awards to follow.

This event is in Memory of Cliff Timm who passed away in December, 2005. Mr. Timm started our fishing derby and was always on hand to help each year. He was instrumental in building our pier and aerating the lake. We hope his love and passion for fishing continues in Mendota Heights and we proudly rename our fishing derby after him.
